Kick Off

Bringing together partner organizations from Türkiye, Serbia, Spain, and North Macedonia: IERA (Coordinator), Creative Station (Serbia), the University of Malaga (Spain), and Nov Impulse (North Macedonia).

During the meeting, partners introduced their organizations, discussed the project's aim and objectives, and agreed on the management structure, work packages, and division of responsibilities.

The project focuses on developing a sustainable fashion and clothing waste education module, raising awareness among future educators, and enhancing young people's waste management skills through recycling and reuse.

The Project Steering Committee and Dissemination & Publication Committees were established, and partners agreed on shared communication tools, templates, and social media strategies to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project.
